We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors / registered members; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, PayPal. You should only provide your personal information to PayPal after reviewing the PayPal privacy policy (available at www.paypal.com). We will share information with PayPal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.

8. Your Rights

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00), but you must provide us with security information (details that will help us identify you) first for security reasons. You as the User of sFTP Client can at any time deactivate your account, deactivation of an account will not delete any personal information, or any other information that is within connection of your account, but at any time you have the right to "delete" your account instead of a "deactivation", whereby we will delete everything within connection of your account personal information and other content involving your account. You as the User of sFTP Client and having the legal rights to the information you share with us, you can at any time let us share or not share your information to help market products, advertise or target certain groups for any reasons, to have applications on your account you must have share my information only with applications i approve. You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by E-mail at any time. (In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.)

9. Third Party Websites

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites, as we do not own or manage their website. You the User should try to avoid links that other members send to you as they may lead to a harmful website.

10. Updating Information

Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated, it is against the law to provide us with inaccurate or out-dated information. You must access your account settings to update any changes to your personal information and must access the profile settings to update any profile information.
